Site Manager
Lead our waterproofing crews on villas, hotels and commercial buildings across Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

What you will do
- Run the crew's schedule, progress and quality on site.
- Check off tasks as they are done, so the office sees the real status.
- Catch application errors early. A correct coat is even and glossy.
- Do the water test and record it before sign-off.
- Upload photos and videos of the work.
- Plan materials for each job with the warehouse.
- Be the customer's contact on site and get their sign-off at the end.
- Report hours, notes, delays and issues to the Project Manager.
- Follow site safety rules, including work at height.
What we look for
- Experience leading a roofing, waterproofing or construction crew.
- A sharp eye for quality.
- Happy to manage your jobs in a phone app.
- Clear English, with customers and the crew.
- A valid UAE driving licence.
- Organised and reliable with several jobs at once.
